Restroom Trailer Rental Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the rental of LuxLoo restroom trailers by you (“Renter”) from LuxLoo (“Company”). By reserving a rental and submitting your Reservation Retainer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

A $350 Reservation Retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your rental date and reserve equipment availability. The Reservation Retainer is refundable up to two (2) weeks before the rental date (see Section 11 — Cancellation Policy). This retainer is not a limitation of liability and does not cap or limit damages or additional charges.
The Reservation Retainer is due at the time of booking. The remaining rental balance, including any selected add-ons (such as generator or portable water tank) and applicable delivery fees, is due at the agreed delivery time on the rental date. LuxLoo reserves the right to refuse delivery or service if the remaining balance is not paid in full at the time of delivery.
The Renter is responsible for providing the following at the event location:
The Renter is fully responsible for any and all damage to the restroom trailer occurring during the rental period, excluding normal wear and tear. This includes, but is not limited to: repair costs, replacement costs, excessive cleaning, vandalism, theft, misuse, or loss.
The Renter is also responsible for damage caused by guests, vendors, event attendees, or intoxicated individuals.
In the event of damage, LuxLoo reserves the right to invoice the Renter for all reasonable costs associated with repair or replacement, including but not limited to parts, labor, transportation, cleaning, and downtime. The Renter agrees to pay all such invoices within ten (10) calendar days of issuance.
If the restroom trailer is damaged, rendered unusable, or taken out of service due to Renter-related damage, the Renter is responsible for loss-of-use charges equal to the reasonable rental value for the period the trailer is unavailable for re-rental or repair.
Standard cleaning is included in the rental price. Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess, trash, bodily waste outside fixtures, smoking residue, or misuse.
The following items are strictly prohibited from being flushed or placed in the restroom system:
Only standard toilet paper may be flushed.
The Renter must provide safe, clear, and unobstructed access for delivery and pickup. LuxLoo is not responsible for delays or inability to deliver due to mud, soft ground, flooding, steep grades, blocked access, or unsafe site conditions. Additional charges may apply for difficult access conditions or additional labor required.
LuxLoo is not responsible for interruption of service due to inadequate or unavailable water or electrical supply provided by the Renter. A dedicated 20-amp receptacle must be provided and not shared with other equipment, unless the Renter has selected the generator option at the time of booking.
Additional charges may apply if pickup is delayed beyond the agreed timeframe or if the rental period is extended beyond what was originally booked.
LuxLoo is not responsible for injuries, damages, or claims arising from use of the restroom trailer during the rental period. The Renter assumes full responsibility for all individuals using the equipment.
By submitting a reservation and paying the Reservation Retainer through this website, the Renter acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
